With a PhD in Biochemistry and a Master in Management, Pierre has 15+ years in executive management, regulatory & clinical, quality & operations in Medtech/Biotech. Pierre is also acting as a Medtech expert for investment funds. Prior to joining Intressa Vascular, Pierre led the clinical and regulatory strategy of an innovative interventional cardiology device at Cryotherapeutics and the approval of innovative Class III devices in orthopedics & dermatology at KiOmed Pharma, and also held managerial positions at Artialis, Eurogentec and GSK.

With a Master of Political Science and a Master of Management, Sébastien is a seasoned finance professional with 15 years’ experience in SME’s environment. He has helped various companies in their transition phase (start-up, scale-up, turn-around) by bringing skills such as Business development, sales strategy, financial expertise, M&A, capital raising and people management. Prior to joining Intressa Vascular, Sébastien acted as CFO for two medtech companies active in the cardiovascular and orthopedics fields, he was CEO of a commodities trading company and worked in an M&A Boutique and at PwC as a senior auditor.

A pharmacist, PhD and MBA, Diane has built an end-to-end expertise in the development and commercialization of new medicines, vaccines, medical devices, diagnostics & digital health solutions. Diane is also acting as an expert in strategy and financing for medtech/digital health startups and investment funds, and is a faculty member of Solvay Brussels School’s EMBA programme. Prior to joining Intressa Vascular, Diane was active as a VC investor in medtech and digital health, and sat on the board of several companies in the field; she also held various positions of increasing responsibility at GSK and a bioinformatics spin-off.

Trained in Biological and Mechanical Engineering, complemented with an MBA, Eric brings more than 20 years of Clinical Affairs experience with innovative medical devices in electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, cardiac surgery, and neuromodulation, from both large companies and startups. Prior to joining Intressa Vascular, Eric led the OUS clinical teams from ReCor Medical and Nevro and had several clinical project management and leadership positions for St Jude Medical EMEA.

An industrial engineer, Maxime has 15+ years of experience in industrial operations management, product design and technical development. He has successfully led multidisciplinary teams and driven transformation projects by bringing change management expertise. Before Intressa Vascular, he held various strategic positions in production management and engineering offices, gaining experience in process optimization and industrial innovation. He also worked as a project manager and business consultant, focusing on lean management, risk prevention and continuous improvement.
