Intressa Vascular collects and processes customer/prospect information on this website for follow-up, and to send marketing communications; the gathered personal data consists of name and email.

By submitting the contact form, the customer/prospect provides his/her consent for the storage and use of his/her personal data for the above-mentioned purpose.

Personal data is processed based on Article 6.1. (a) consent, and (f) legitimate interest, of the General Data Protection Regulation. Customers always have the right to withdraw the given consent.

How do we store your data, retention period

Personal data processed for customer management will be stored for the time necessary to satisfy legal requirements (in terms of bookkeeping, among others).

The data is currently stored in our email system and could be stored in a marketing database for further communications.

The data is stored in a secured way and is handled to ensure privacy & secure access by authorized personnel only.

The typical retention period for such data is 5 years after which your personal data will be deleted.

What are your data protection rights?

The customer/prospect has at all times the right to inspect his/her personal data and can have it improved should it be incorrect or incomplete, have it removed, limit its processing and/or object to the processing of his/her personal data based on Article 6.1 (f), including profiling based on said provisions.

Furthermore, the customer/prospect is entitled to obtain a copy (in a structured, standard and mechanically readable form) of his/her personal data and to have said personal data forwarded to another company.
